The firefighters from Maroubra Fire Station came to visit us at school. We were so excited to see the fire engine in our playground and hear the siren roar! The firefighters spoke to us about what they did and showed us the equipment they used to help put out fires. We got to go inside the fire engine and even got to try the hose! We had so much fun. What did you learn from their visit?
I learnt that fire fighters don't just put out fires. They do things like help with car accidents too. Emmanuel.
